The Principal, Bob Crabbe is highly experienced in Managing Director and Chief Executive roles across some 40 years and with several listed local and international companies including Avatar Industries, Avnet Inc., General Electric Co., Hagemeyer NV, Arlec Group, Electron House PLC and Eurodis Electron PLC and provided a wealth of operational experience across Australia & New Zealand as well as the countries of South Asia together with networks in USA, Europe and UK. In more recent times his experience has led to Board appointments with companies in global teleradiology, oncology & cancer research, health property trusts, information technology, technology product & services distribution and marketing. Bob also sits on the Board of Minda Inc. a leading NFP disability services provider with a conglomerate of social enterprises.
Across his corporate career Bob has been initiator, leader or a key team member in multiple mergers, acquisitions and change management projects in many industry sectors but particularly technology distribution and industrial product wholesaling companies across ANZ and South Asia. Having been in the position as both "Buyer" and "Seller" and dealt with the numerous change management tasks for a CEO that follow such transactions Bob is well positioned to add great value. His experience was recognised some years ago with a Fellowship at the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
